臺車(chē)襯砌過(guò)程中有時(shí)會(huì )出現跑模和錯臺現象的四大因素


【摘要】 臺車(chē)在澆筑襯砌的過(guò)程中,有時(shí)會(huì )現跑模和錯臺的現象,主要有以下幾個(gè)方面: (1)澆筑速度過(guò)快,或臺車(chē)兩側混凝土落差太大,對臺車(chē)本身造成一定的沖擊; (2)臺車(chē)定位時(shí),部分絲桿千斤沒(méi)有完全支撐到位并旋緊,在受到外力擠壓時(shí)往回收,出現跑??p隙,進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生錯臺;

臺車(chē)在澆筑襯砌的過(guò)程中,有時(shí)會(huì )現跑模和錯臺的現象,主要有以下幾個(gè)方面:

(1)澆筑速度過(guò)快,或臺車(chē)兩側混凝土落差太大,對臺車(chē)本身造成一定的沖擊;

(2)臺車(chē)定位時(shí),部分絲桿千斤沒(méi)有完全支撐到位并旋緊,在受到外力擠壓時(shí)往回收,出現跑??p隙,進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生錯臺;

(3)臺車(chē)的門(mén)架結構設計有缺陷,邊模傳遞給門(mén)架立柱的作用力過(guò)大,致使門(mén)架立柱內收,嚴重時(shí)甚至產(chǎn)生明顯變形;

(4)沒(méi)有處理好已存在的局部弧度不吻合的情況,缺乏正常的安裝售后服務(wù)處理。
